Hi Butch, Well it has been a few months since you cleaned and sealed our patio. Wet leaves have been falling and I am happy to say that the sealer has worked to perfection Everything washes off easily, and the look of the patio is better than when it was first installed. The darker color of the flagstone along with the “wet” look sheens i exactly what we were looking for. Hopefully it will get through a harsh winter just as well’
